Raw materials such as high-quality steel strip coils, welding wires and fluxes are subject to strict physical and chemical inspection before being put into production, eliminating unqualified raw materials from entering the production line from the source; In the forming link, external or internal control roll forming technology is adopted to ensure uniform deformation of steel strip, small residual stress, no scratch on the surface, and extremely strong flexibility in the size range of diameter and wall thickness, especially having incomparable advantages over other processes in the production of high-grade thick-walled pipes and small and medium diameter thick-walled pipes; In the welding link, American Lincoln welding machine is used for automatic double-wire double-sided submerged arc welding, which effectively avoids defects such as misalignment, welding deviation and incomplete penetration, and the weld strength far exceeds the base metal standard; In the finished product inspection link, the "100% inspection + first inspection" double standard is implemented.
